Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the platform JustStayMe (“Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Our company”). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who we are
Platform Operator: JustStayMe, registered in Uruguay. Contact for support: SUPPORT_EMAIL.
2. Terms
- User — any person using the Platform.
- Creator — a user who publishes content and/or provides paid features.
- Content — any materials (text, images, video, audio, files), messages and media.
- Paid features — Subscriptions, PPV, tips, paid access to messages/media.
- Soft-erotic / Soft-ero — erotic, but not pornographic and without showing genitals/acts.
- NSFW / Pornographic content — pornography, explicit nudity, display of genitals, sexual intercourse, etc.
3. Age and access
- The platform is intended only for persons 18+.
- We can apply geoblock and other access restrictions, as well as blocking registration/monetization for individual countries/documents.
- You must provide accurate information during registration/verification. Impersonation is prohibited.
4. Account and Security
- You are responsible for the security of your login/password and for all activities in your account.
- Prohibited: hacking, password guessing, bypassing restrictions, and interfering with the service.
- We may temporarily restrict access if we suspect compromise/fraud.
5. Content and Conduct Rules
Use of the Platform is permitted only in compliance with Acceptable Use Policy. This includes a ban on NSFW/pornography, a ban on illegal material, and mandatory respect for third party rights.
6. Paid features, payments, PPV and tips
- Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Providers may charge fees.
- We may charge a platform fee in accordance with the Platform's rates.
- PPV/paid access is considered granted when the system records a successful payment and grants access.
- We may suspend access if we suspect fraud/chargeback/violation of the rules.
7. Returns
- Default payments for digital content/access non-refundable, if access was granted.
- Exceptions are possible in the event of double debiting, a technical error without providing access, fraud, or other cases at the discretion of the Platform.
- Please send your refund requests to SUPPORT_EMAIL indicating the payment identifier.
8. Payments to Creators (manual processing)
- The creator can request a payout through the Platform interface if the balance is available..
- Payments are processed manually and may take time to be verified (fraud, disputes, compliance).
- We may withhold funds while we investigate complaints/chargebacks and if we suspect a violation of the rules.
- In case of erroneous/incorrect details, the Creator is responsible.
- We may request additional proof of identity/age and compliance documents.
9. Complaints, moderation, and content removal
- We use moderation: automatic and/or manual, as well as complaint review.
- We may remove/restrict content and accounts for violations, without prior notice, if necessary.
- If you believe that the content violates your rights, use the “Report” function or write to SUPPORT_EMAIL.
10. Intellectual property
- You retain the rights to your content, but grant the Platform a license to store, technically reproduce, deliver to users, and display it within the framework of the service.
- It is prohibited to upload content that violates other people's copyrights, image rights, trademarks, etc..
11. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, reputational losses, or user actions (including illegal content) if we acted in good faith and responded to complaints.
12. Changes to terms and conditions
We may update the Agreement. The new version becomes effective upon publication on this page. If any significant changes are made, we may provide additional notice to users.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations, relations are governed by Uruguayan law. Disputes will be heard by the competent court/arbitration tribunal at the operator's registered office.
