DMCA & Copyright Policy
JustStayMe respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright complaints are handled and how content may be removed in response to valid notices.
1. Copyright ownership
Users retain ownership of content they upload. However, by uploading content, users grant JustStayMe a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and deliver the content through the platform.
Users may not upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request.
Your notice must include:
- Your full legal name
- Your contact email
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Exact URL of the infringing content
- Statement of good faith belief
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Your signature (typed name accepted)

3. What happens after a complaint
- Content may be removed immediately.
- The uploader may be notified.
- Repeat infringers may be banned.
- Payments and balances may be frozen pending investigation.
4. Counter-notification
If content was removed in error, the uploader may submit a counter notice including:
- Name and contact info
- URL of removed content
- Statement of good faith
- Consent to jurisdiction
- Signature
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts repeatedly violating copyright rules may be permanently terminated.
6. Platform liability
JustStayMe acts as an intermediary hosting provider and does not pre-screen all content. We respond to complaints and remove content when required by law or policy.
