Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This policy describes what content and behavior is prohibited on JustStayMe. Violations may result in content removal, account blocking, withholding of payments, and the transfer of data to competent authorities if legally required.
1. General rules
- Only 18+.
- Cheating, fraud, spam, and cheating are prohibited.
- Attempts to bypass geoblocks/restrictions, hacking, scraping, and attacks are prohibited.
- Violating the rights of third parties (copyright, image rights, privacy) is prohibited.
2. What is allowed (Soft-ero)
We allow soft-ero (erotic content without pornography), such as: explicit photos/videos without genital displays or sexual acts, provided the content does not violate the law and does not fall under the prohibitions below.
3. What is prohibited? (NSFW / Pornographic / CSAM)
It is prohibited to post/sell/distribute pornographic content,, including (but not limited to):
- Explicit nudity with display of genitals.
- Sexual acts/masturbation/fetish scenes, pornographic activities.
- Any content with minors (18-) or with doubts about age.
- Incest themes, sexual violence, coercion.
- Pornographic deepfakes/non-consensual content, "leaks", hidden camera footage.
- Prostitution/escort as a service, “meetups for money”, human trafficking, sexual exploitation.
4. The ban applies everywhere: feed, profiles, comments, chat and PPV in chat
Important: The restrictions in Section 3 also apply to private messages and PPV sales in chat. Just because a message is "private" doesn't make prohibited content acceptable.
5. Complaints and moderation
- The Platform provides a “Complain” button and a channel for contacting support.
- We review complaints and may remove content/ban accounts.
- In case of systematic violations by the creator: ban, withholding of payments, additional checks.
- We are not obligated to monitor all messages in real time, but we do respond to complaints and reports of abuse.
6. Violation of rights and illegal content
- DMCA/copyright claims are handled through a notice/takedown procedure.
- Content that violates the law may be referred to the competent authorities if there is a legal basis.
