Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Creator”, “you”) and JustStayMe (“Platform”, “we”, “us”). By registering as a creator and uploading content, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
To become a creator you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass identity verification (KYC)
- Provide accurate personal information
- Comply with laws of your jurisdiction
Platform may reject or terminate creator accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Nature of the Platform
JustStayMe provides hosting, monetization tools, and audience access. We do not produce, own, or pre-approve creator content.
Creators are independent contractors, not employees.
3. Creator Content Responsibility
Creators are fully responsible for:
- All content uploaded
- Messages sent to users
- PPV materials
- Chat interactions
- Copyright compliance
- Model releases and consent
Platform does not monitor all content proactively.
4. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Pornographic content (explicit sexual acts)
- Non-consensual content
- Minors
- Violence or exploitation
- Illegal services
- Content violating law
Soft erotic content may be allowed if compliant with Platform policies.
5. Chats and Private Sales
Creators may communicate privately with users. However:
- Sending prohibited content via chat is still a violation
- Paid private content must comply with platform rules
- Repeated violations may lead to bans and frozen payouts
6. Moderation Rights
Platform reserves the right to:
- Remove content
- Suspend creators
- Ban accounts
- Freeze balances
- Investigate activity
These actions may occur without prior notice.
7. Earnings
Creators earn revenue from:
- Subscriptions
- PPV content
- Tips
- Chat purchases
Revenue is calculated after:
- Platform commission
- Payment provider fees
- Fraud reserves
8. Platform Commission
Platform commission: COMMISSION_PCT
Commission structure may change with notice.
9. Payment and Payouts
Payouts are:
- Manual
- Subject to verification
- Subject to fraud checks
Platform may delay payouts if:
- Chargebacks occur
- Fraud suspected
- Policy violations found
10. Chargebacks
Creators agree that disputed payments may:
- Be deducted from balance
- Be recovered from future earnings
- Lead to payout suspension
11. Taxes
Creators are solely responsible for:
- Tax reporting
- Income declaration
- Compliance with local tax law
12. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of content.
By uploading, creators grant Platform:
- Right to host
- Right to display
- Right to distribute to subscribers
13. Copyright Violations
Uploading stolen or unlicensed content may result in:
- Immediate removal
- Account termination
- Balance confiscation
14. Fraud and Abuse
Platform may investigate:
- Fake engagement
- Payment manipulation
- Multiple accounts
- Spam
15. Termination
Platform may terminate creator accounts at any time for:
- Policy violations
- Legal risk
- Fraud
- Reputation risk
16. Balance Handling After Ban
If banned:
- Pending payouts may be withheld
- Funds may be frozen for investigation
- Refund claims may be deducted
17. Liability Limitation
Platform is not liable for:
- Creator content
- User behavior
- Revenue loss
- Account suspension
18. Legal Compliance
Creators must comply with all applicable laws.
Platform may cooperate with authorities if required.
19. Updates
This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use equals acceptance.
